Since I will have more time on my hands after my last exam on Sunday, I will be heading out to some clubs here in downtown Toronto over the next few weeks (best time to go). The clubs shall be rammed with joyous party people and claddly dressed women (it may be cold up here, but that doesn't stop them);)
I will be including pics as well so that you may get a better feel of the place. What is the point of a review if there aren't any pics of the gals to go with it...get my drift???:D

Here are my 5 criterion that I will be looking at......

1. The Access
2. The Look
3. The Washrooms
4. The Bar
5. The Women


My first visit will be Monday night, not sure where I will be heading...but one thing is for sure

ALso, don't be surprised if GUVERNMENT wins the showdown.....

I think you have your priorities backwards, unless the higher the #, the more important the criterion!! :D :drinky:

I have decided to make a change to the list...

Instead of bathrooms (what the fawk was I thinking?) I will include THE MUSIC...

Will be heading out tomorrow night and should have the first writeup by tuesday morning and some pics from their website...


Chris, are you up for some chequitas and drinks tomorrow night bro?

I know of a club on saturdays after a leaf game has this hot blond walking around in tiny white shorts that is topless and has a blue maple leaf on her chest...
Will post it;)

Mind my typing if there are any errors, drank a tad much...

I decided to go to BAHAUS night club in downtown Toronto for the night...

The Access:
Since there was nobody in line we were able to walk right in. No problems. Cover was $5 but the cashier was my ex girlfriend surprisingly she didn't charge me

The Look:
First off I must say that this club is very small. I thought it was much bigger and although it is two floors, each floor is quite small. As you walk in you enter a small foyer where you find the cover charge booth...from there you enter the lower level of the club which is very small. There are two bars located in this room and it has it's own DJ booth. It is a lounge area. There are a few couches you can sit on. To get upstairs you have to walk up a dark flight of stairs. Upstairs is also small. There is also a fair sized dance floor (relatively speaking). The lighting isn't all that great and the sound is waaaaaaaaay too loud.

The Music:
I like a good sound system at a club and it seems that Bauhaus has a good sound system with 4 JBL speakers but the music is just way to loud for such a small space. It's not a nice looking club by any stretch. The music started off very good. The DJ played a long set of House and then moved into some Latin. I really liked the music up to that point but from there he went into a long set of R&B/Hip Hop which, unfortunately killed the vibe of the night.

The Bar:
Drinks are about $5.50. There are three bars upstairs and the wait time was about 1 minute as it was a Tuesday. Expect on the weekends for the waiting time to increase.


The Women:
The crowd was a bit older than the average nightclub...maybe mid twenties and fairly well dressed. It's mostly a white European crowd. Tuesday nights seem to have quite a few more girls than guys. It seemed like a friendly crowd, but I was looking forward to seeing several fights, they disappointed me. Bottom line, if I am in a club and my cn tower is not up, there is something wrong with the girls at the club. Only one lady caught my eye, though it is a small club..



My Opinion:
Overall, I didn't really like the club...specifically the way it looked. The music started off very good and turned out to be boring later on. I have no intention of going back anytime soon. Avoid it....

been to FLuid many times, actually going there tonight...post should be up by 3-4am

I have been to most of the good clubs in Toronto, but I haven't ben out to a club since August due to academic studies...:(

dude as soon as you feel better and teaching is done, you better bring your ass out especially when I head out to GUVERNMENT...

Best club in the world by far...it was only 2nd to Limelight in New York City but since its closed down now #1

I STRONGLY recommend if anyone ever comes to Toronto and you want to have a good time pass by on a saturday night...nothing like 10,000 people PARTYING till no tomorrow and 3/4 of the women are GODESSES
