Here are my picks for the day, not including any parlays...

Penn St. -18 (the defense is just too good)

N. Carolina -4 (defense should be even more improved and Dailey looks good at QB....Nebraska connection with QB and def. coordinator, UNC RB's are good)

Vandy +27 (just too many points)

Nebraska -24 (Huskers roll easy)

Cal -3

N. Texas +40 (I think TX QB is too inexp. right now to cover this many pts.)

I've got to say...I HATE the new clock rule. Its absurd. All they needed to do was to not stop clock after every 1st down.
