Casino7, like all those picks, but would like to see Jets down to 4.5because as a favorite of 5 or more are 0-3 ATS. Still like them. And the Rams last five years are something like 9/13 losing ATS NOT COUNTING WEEK 4 where they won 5/5 ATS last five years. They seem to use week 4 as a solid tune-up game to set tempo.

Good luck to us.

I'm surprised Washington didn't light it up again.

I thought they would play it tough (maybe they did even), to be the only team to go 5-0 in the pre-season.

My thinking on the Jets pick is a little different though.

They Jets need to win this game big to keep the team confidence up I think. A loss now, after a very successful 3-0 pre-season would kill thier motivation going into the regular season.

It seems they have something special happening, to lay back and rest at this point would be suicide.

The Rams.... I was actually going to stay away from this game because I thought they were going to be favored and I was'nt going to risk it against a home underdog. But then then line comes out at +3.5, just couldn't pass it up. The line is down to +2.5 now, glad I got the FG cushion.

All in all though, I think they win it outright. Similar situation as the Jets, but the opposite. Going win-less though pre-season has got to kill a teams confidence. The Rams know they need atleast one win under the belt, for respect if anything.

Good Luck!

Seems everyone is agreeing on the Rams.

I don't like it personally.

Rams given up big rushing yards in first 3 games (yep....I realize it's pre-season!)...But still I think KC will be able to run on them effectively all day.
Don't under-estimate the Kansas defense either.

I originally liked the under @ 38.5 in this game, but the way Bulger has been flinging it about, I might ease off.

I might bite if the game goes to PK (fair chance it will!)...plenty of room for all to cash in then ;)

Good luck.

Wow, Rams are now @ -3!

According to my thinking as mentioned above, I didn't want to go against KC as a home underdog. Looks like I got stuck with it anyway.

I'm going to stand by the pick anyway, but this makes it a lot tougher on the Rams I think.

I guess I should'nt be complaining since I got the Rams @ +3.5.

Eaither way, I'm glad pre-season will be over. It's alot easier to cap a game when you know the teams are actually trying to win, in my opinion. I've had enough of this preseason guess work. Even though there are preseason situations that are in our favor, you still really don't know what is going to happen. For example: In preseason, a coachs decision on who is going to play thoughout the game can change after the first play if the team gets an injury or a touchdown. I would just rather know that they will be giving it thier all thoughout the whole game, because then I have a better chance at predicting the outcome.

In fact, in the Rams situation tonight, a simple thing as the major line change can change the way a couch will play its team in a preseason game. But it could go eaither way. Dose KC want to play harded now, or get preseaon over with? Do the Rams now want to give it thier all in against a [maybe tick-off] home underdog and risk trying to play hard and possible getting major injuries in a meaningless game, or will they decide to lay back and count thier losses and save it for the regular season?

You never know in preseason, but in a regular season game, ofcourse, they will play it hard no matter what.

Good Luck!
