Anyone?!

Bit tough obviously with the lines appearing late, but there may be a decent game or two to get on.

...Having said that, I don't think it will be today!

Brisbane/Essendon...neither team been known to take the pre-season comp. all that seriously...On the Gold Coast, tight in betting...no real thoughts either way.

In the other game the Doggies should start off with a win up in Darwin, but at 1.40, I don't think there'll be many takers. (Actually, that's not true! They are into 1.28 @ Centrebet, so there are plenty of takers..I just won't be one of them! :D)

Ill have a quick dig around to see what I can find for the rest of the games...

Any thoughts on how your boys will start the year, Pawa?

Howdy all, havent posted much but like Essendon tonight, think they will be too quick for brisbane.

Doggies should win but far too short.

In a rush but I also like Richmond and Collingwood but havent checked out the lines yet. will look into it 2moro.

the land of confusion
Not laying a buck on this pre-season stuff.

Too hard to figure out who wants to win and who just wants to check out the younger players. Plus too much shit on my plate at the moment anyways.

My Kangaroos will always go hard at it tho....as we need the freakin' prize money!! They got over a very weak Sydney line-up which was good to watch.

Just good to have the great game back on tv after so many months. :Yep:

I tend to agree with it being a bit unpredictable, Pawa, but I think there's a couple of good value games today...

Port @ 2.80!!

Madness.
Both teams sending out young teams, but the Port players have much more experience than the Crows do.
Add the revenge factor or Adelaide belting Port last game last year...Williams always keen for a win, while Craig is the 'original' start slow, build up the season man.
I really thought the odds would be reversed here, so very keen to take the Power as under-dogs.

St. Kilda have opened at 1.50 on the TAB (slightly shorter at Centrebet), and look like being about 15 points favs...pretty sure I'll be taking them on the h'cap, as they really should give Collingwood a belting.
Realistically, Kositzske is the only major player out for the Saints..Buckley, Burns, Wakelin out for the Pies.
Saints just about unstoppable in the dome in recent times...
Malthouse couldn't care less...
Ball's fisrt game as Captain for the Saints...
...all points to a big St. Kilda win for me.
