The first vid, I don't think that's a spider bite. Some sort of cyst is my guess. Bad spider bites get necrotic not like that.
The video where they are working on the back of the guy's head, that's frikking gross!!
The guy with the puss coming out of his back I doubt will live; he had to have already been half dead. Probably in a third world country and might have had it a long time. Looked to be some Americans working on it with probably not much equipment. I'm guessing tuberculosis.

I'll try to get some pictures posted on here. It's amazing what people with no medical care endure. I've seen some wicked stuff!
