Olsen threw a bullpen session instead of a rehab start with Triple-A Syracuse on Tuesday night, so it was pretty easy to see that something was up. The left-hander gave up gave up three runs over five innings in a rehab start for Single-A Potomac last Thursday. He has been on the disabled list since late May with inflammation in his surgically-repaired right shoulder. Craig Stammen and Ross Detwiler will follow him in the rotation.
