Hope everyone is having a decent season. this forum is a great place to confirm my picks or get info on games. I live in Houston and watch all the Rocket's games. here is some information you should keep in mind:
- The rockets have become a very good home team, they are 8-1 SU & 6-3 ATS covering the 5 straight.
- Over the last 4-5 years the rockets have always been a tough team on the road they are 7-4 ATS this year.
- The rockets will tend to be an "under" team in most games. they are a poor shooting team with the exception of Glenn Rice & Yao MIng.
- With Yao Ming the rockets finally have an inside presence, teams like SA (previously lost 15 of 16 SU) & Sacto lost 12 of 13 SU & 11-2 ATS) have historically dominated the rockets, but the rockets already have impressive home wins against them.
Other league trends to watch for:
- GS is a very much improved team especially at home (covered 5 0f 6 & 4 of 5 at home)
- Chic, Cleve & Milwaukee have no clue how to defend look to play tese teams over. these 3 teams are each 12-6 over their last 18 games (36-18 overall).
