The myth that teams want to win it in front of the homecrowd is easily dispelled by looking at the numbers.
Since 2002 season (how far the database goes back for the playoffs, even though it has data earlier than that for the regular season)
In round 1, teams which are 3-0
SU: 11-2 (7.2)
ATS: 10-3-0 (3.8) avg line: -3.5
O/U: 5-8-0 (1.1) avg total: 190.5
Added to this, I think Boston will want to get this over with as quickly as possible, and my power ratings favor Boston.
Slight concern that BOS is old and could be tired.
