1. Nothin to say about the Clippers .. A horrible performance if I ever saw one. Bad call on my part.



2. I lost the second half Warriors over by 2 freakin points. 6-7 missed free throws and Warriors scoring 6 points 7 mins in to the game .. what the xxxx .. . and Richardson throwing bricks .. He had 9 point and he took like 8 shots whereas Jamison who had 24 points took like 3 .. damn these jokers .. and stupid Payton missing free throws .. 3 of them .. the guy never missed when ya need the under ..

We're on the same page with another total again. Love the Bulls-Hawks OVER. Will probably be a play for me depending on what I get it at. Haven't looked at a lot today but I noticed quite a few teams playing back to back. Last year, I had a tendency to play against teams when they were unrested last year. I might look into that angle again early this year and see how it pans out.

Saturday morning and I am hungry so not much time for write-up's but will put down a couple of points:


New York Under

I took this line last night. Other than last night when there was a 41 point EXPLOSION by Philly in the fourth quarter the game should have gone Under.

We have two teams playing bad ball here. It is much easier to miss than make a shot is what they tell us. Boston w.o the point guard are just faltering and not able to create any offence. After giving up so many points late I hope to God NYK show some defence in this game. Boston will try to step up the offence. Their defence does not have to be spectacular but hopefully can contain NYK.

NYK are short handed and are playing back to back in hard game yesterday. So fatigue may be a factor which will bring more time for bench players or result in shots being missed.

Boston has rested but hopefully their horrible shooting continues. IF i remember correct from last season Boston was the team which had most number of single digit fourth quarter's . Looks like the trend gonna continue.

People hammering the Under coz the line has now dropped to 178.5 at my book. I do think the game will be well under by around 15-20 points (hopefully I might add).



Atlanta and Bulls Over

Both teams have been shooting the ball well. Look for these two teams to do well this year. Chicago has been putting up points on the board. The youngsters have been crashing the glass and the addition of Marshall helps Rose a lot. Glenn Robinson and Shareef are potentially big scorers and with Terry stepping it up this team looks good to score points. Both teams dont play great Defence and there will be offensive rebounds which will lead to more points. I think final score will be around 202 points.
Chicago did play yesterday but the average age of that team is not high. They scored 84 points against a Hornets team which has good defence regardless of the offence. Baron Davis had a horrible game shooting 5 of 21 and Hornet committed 22 turnovers.


Nets Pick Over Wizards

Admitted the Wizards are playin at home. And they rested yesterday. And they beat the shit out of Boston.

I thought the line would favor Jersey by around 3 points in my opinion. But I think the people will bet on Jordan. He scored 45 points against Jersey in the game at home against the Nets last year. Well .. that was last year .. He has been coming off the bench .. has not looked very very impressive and looks rusty. Will take time to get into proper conditioning. Also the NEts have added Mutombo. It is not easy to get past Mutombo however old he may be.

Kwame Brown has been playing well .. . against the Raptors and Celtics .. . I think Jersey will have the edge in rebounding here.

But I think the depth of the Nets will be too much for Washington to handle. Martin had a bad back in the game where MJ went after him and I am sure he will play really well. Kidd got ejected for the first time in his career and I look for a very good performance from him. Mutombo has been scoring points which is a good sign. In coaching I give Byron Scott an edge over Collins.

I would love to take the first Quarter against Wizards but will stick with the whole game pick.

I just dont understand the line as to why NJ was a pick. Anyways they won.

Atlanta and Chicago .. Bulls were 2 of 13 from 3 point land and 14 missed throws in the game I lost the game by 2 points. This is second 2 point loss in a row.

Knicks and Boston: Basterds .. these two joke of nba teams have no defence .. and this one was never in doubt. I am still thinking as to what made me take this bet. I am sorry to anyone who followed this pick. Most of the times even after I lose I re-evaluate and find that my pick was the right pick. But I will admit that this pick was horrible just bcoz these two teams are SO UNPREDICTABLE. I did not take the return tot he MSG into account. Next time if there is one :nono:

Houston pk Second half: This was a play of circumstances. Carter injured. Davis was showing signs of tiring. He eventually did not play most of second half. Raps shooting 30% in a row and playing second game in a row on the road. Houston almost lost it .. were leading by 10 points going into the fourth but almost threw it away to win the bet by 1 point. But will take this bet any day under similar circumstances.

** Overs are not hitting and Unders are very tempting. I seem to be doing better at sides this season. I will concentrate on sides.
