No. 16 Norfolk State vs. No. 16 Appalachian State ? Winner plays No. 1 Gonzaga

No. 16 Mount St. Mary's vs. No. 16 Texas Southern ? Winner plays No. 1 Michigan
No. 11 Michigan State vs. No. 11 UCLA ? Winner plays No. 6 BYU
The One Seeds
The four one seeds were given to Gonzaga (West), Michigan (East), Baylor (South), and Illinois (Midwest). Out of these four seeds, Illinois has the most arduous road to the Final Four.
It will start with No. 16 Drexel and then play the winner of No. 8 Loyola Chicago and No. 9 Georgia Tech if it advances.
Michigan will face the winner of Mount St. Mary's and Texas Southern. The Wolverines' road to the Final Four is slightly more difficult than Illinois' path. No. 2 Alabama and No. 7 Connecticut should draw a lot of attention in the East Region.
No. 1 Gonzaga is the best team in the tournament. The Bulldogs should not be tested until the Elite Eight, when they will likely have to face Virginia or Creighton.
Baylor has a difficult road to the Final Four. The Bears are coming off a loss to Oklahoma State in the Big 12 tournament.
Baylor could have trouble in the second round against No. 8 North Carolina if it gets past No. 9 Wisconsin.

The team to watch out for in the West is sixth-seeded USC. The Trojans will start with the winner of the Wichita State vs. Drake play-in game.
Breaking Down the East
The top four seeds in the East are Michigan, Alabama, Texas, and Florida State. The underdog in this region is Connecticut.
The Huskies will have to face Alabama if they get past No. 10 Maryland. I like Florida State to make some noise. The Seminoles can beat Michigan in the East if M.J. Walker and RaiQuan Gray perform well.
