Tues ESPN MAC CONTEST: Info, Akron is horrible, 1-10 SU this year vs Toledo Rockets who are 8-3 overall and have been featured on ESPN televised games the past 3 weeks vs N Illini last game out in which they lost 31-24 on the road and lost leading rusher, Fluellen who is out vs the Zips in this tilt. Zips have had 10 days off to prepare for this contest and let's see how good Terry Bowden's technical coaching is after having been out of the game as a coach for a bit. Zips offensively can score, but can they keep up with the Rockets? Getting 3 touchdowns seems like Vegas and vig players are thinking this game will be a rout for Toledo over the Zips, my numbers, which for the year are crap overall, but better of late, the last 3 weeks overall, has the Zips losing this tilt by 13 points, which keeps the Zips under the Vegas number of 18 1/2 or 19. Rockets seniors playing last home game and headed to some bowl game, but not the MAC Championship. Two tough games in a row may have taken out some steam from their defense, especially playing offensive clubs, Ball St & Northern Illini the past 2 weeks, the Zips will throw and throw and throw and since the game is on the ESPN network, Terry Bowden will have his struggling club inspired to play this game like it was a new season for them.
