gimmie the first half under 31

a few reasons:

*the memphis defensive schemes have given louisville some trouble recently. last year, lefors was just 13 of 31 for 150something in a loss to the tigers. two years ago, although the louisville scored in the 30s, they only 309 yds of offense (not trying to say they were stuffed, but 309 usually doesnt get you 38 pts unless the other team is turning the ball over, which memphis was)

*if memphis has any sense, theyll try to avoid a shootout with louisville. id like to think that memphis used the bye week to fix whatever allowed cincy to drop an inexplicable and inexcusable 49 pts on 'em.

*memphis has allowed a grand total of 7 points at home in the first half of games this season. their boxes are really strange. absolutely no scoring in their games at home in the 1h, but explosions in the 2h. i know its only a 3-gm sample for this season, but its really strange.

*louisville defense has been solid out of the gate as well. they havent allowed more than 7 pts in a half all year, on any field.

I agree G, I was gonna bet Under for the game as well, why do you like the 1st half better, any specific reason, Im gonna watch the line moves and check it out and some other things, probably will be with you, and not many others since most have O according to what Ive read, thanks, g luck

great call by me. 1q under 31.5 just squeaked through. win south florida in a blowout yesterday. lose the total in a blowout today. jeez.

The game looks like over at the half. I got the halftime at 32 and thought I was stealin' from my local and bit on it, but also played over 61.5 for the game with a little more on it. What do you think on 2H?? Anything under 32-35 I am still going over. Both defenses are just unreal..

i think i should just watch the heat/cavaliers game. i missed the boat here. but memphis has such a strange 1h/2h dichotomy that this game could have 13 2h points and i wouldnt be surprised. but cant touch this track meet

thank god I was cut off and didnt like pinnys late line movement much I want nothing to do with this 2nd half, wish I had taken the wiz in the nba, bobcats are going to have a tough, tough yr, cavs/heat is a good affair too
