Im going with Cincy-8 over East Carolina. There are alot of new faces on both teams but it is hard for me to forget, even with the new coaching staff, that this East Carolina team finished ranked 106th last year in defense while Cincy was ranked 21st. Cincy still has a stud at quarterback to run the offense against a weak defensive team. East Carolina on the other side lost their best running back (Brown) to an injury and also lost their two starting receivers from last year. Cincy does only return 5 starters back from defense but two of those starters are solid cornerbacks which I think help neutralizes the Pirates passing game and their best running back will be thier quarterback. Cincy stuck it to them last year and im looking for the same today.
