BUCKNELL +4 1/2 Double Play
This team can play with anybody, they won @ Purdue and only lost by 2 @ Missouri, two pretty tough venues! This should be a low scoring game, so the generous points are a huge plus in a game that I think Bucknell will win. It doesn't hurt matters that Bucknell shoots 75% from the foul line. Take BUCKNELLl +4 1/2.
MEMPHIS PK
Both teams average about 76 points a game, both shoot 48% from the field, both are hitting their 3's at a 38% clip, so they are similar in many ways. I simply think Memphis plays a much better schedule.
Other than Gonzaga, who beat St Mary's three times, who have they played? Memphis has won 24 out of their last 25 games! The only loss was a two point loss at Xavier. They also played Louisville tough back in December, although Louisville did beat them. I think Memphis comes away with another W here. Take MEMPHIS -110.
VALPO +10 1/2
I hate going against the Big Ten, but this is a lot of points for a Michigan State team to be giving, especially when they don't score a whole lot of points themselves. Valpo starts 5 seniors, with a lot of post season experience. I'm not sure Valpo can win, but I'll bet they stay within 10 points. Take VALPO +10 1/2.
DAVIDSON +3 1/2
Davidson is on a 17 game winning streak, hitting almost 50% of their shots while holding their opponents to 39%. Although the schedule hasn't been that tough during their streak, they've won those games by an average of 18 1/2 points! Davidson also hits their free throws at an 80% clip.
Take DAVIDSON + 3 1/2.
