I was listening to the Texas AM game on the radio yesterday and the announcer had mentioned that A&M has the 3rd toughest schedule in CFB. Does anyone have a link to where they have the schedules ranked?

There are so many different ways that this can be calculated that more than likely but using games played through 9/27 the following teams had played the toughest schedules:
1.UNC
2.East Carolina
3.COL
4.ND
5. New Mexico State
according to this formula Texas A@M had played the 52nd hardest schedule, what they may be calculating is the whole A@M schedule throughout the year.
