What are everyone's thoughts?

4.5 seems a little much but, IMO, ND has played the weaker schedule with less success. Had Marquette beat Cincy at home, I'd be more confident but they didn't follow up their upset of Uconn with a win. They did travel to depaul and upset there though.

Statistically I found ND to have a slight rebounding/blocking edge with Marquette having a shooting/steal edge.

Leaning marquette but I'd prefer the line at 3 and was hoping it would atleast move to 4.

This is one of those game when most will look at the Depaul games and give the edge to Marq. I thought the line would be in the 6 to 8 range using the whole season but if you look at the last few games I believe that ND is headed for higher ground and Marq is in for a drop off. Sometimes you have to throw out a game,I say throw out the ND/Dep game & you have a team that played inspired ball against Syr and Pitt. Marq looked like garbage in the 2nd 1/2 of the Cin game ,got by @ SH,blown out in a game I called last sat against Wv. I don't give credit for wins against Depaul, and chalk up the ND loss to ,they just had a bad night. ND is the better team right now and thats why the line is so low,Vegas knows it to. If the line drops, don't be a sucker.

bryanz, I agree with you about DePaul, and I'm an alum. Heck, Marquette let DePaul claw back in the game after being up by 19 at half. And DePaul didn't have their stud freshman Chandler.

At the Notre Dame game, DePaul was hitting on all cylinders and Notre Dame didn't come to play.

My money is on ND tonight.
