Neagle out, Suzuki in??? Anyone know why?

Howie, what happened was that I bet on COL, listed Neagle, and posted here. Therefore, the gambling Gods, of course, decided to let Negale start, work one (1) inning and THEN take him out so that all my wagers would be valid and be left playing a slumping team with a less than mediocre pitcher in from the 2nd.
