Have had longtime relationship with both,

if it is NMT-network it is very easy to listen with regular scanner, it is like radio that can listen phone frequenses. if it was "in house"-phone it is even easier to listen with scanner. but i think that you can't listen other phones with your own cell-phone ?? need some
extra equipmen for that.

do search with google, i'm sure you find something that explains that more specific.

are you sure that the one you spoke in phone is not responsible ?

sorry can't help you better with out knowing specs of network
and phones.

I have Verizon and there is an option right on my phone to record conversations. They can be sent to many other storage devices then (audio tape, computer, etc..)

If that is all the problems you got, pull up a chair and I will list a few that will shake the peanut tree. Consider yourself lucky and forget it.

Pet, short of a scanner or otherwise illegaly tapping into the call I only know of one way to record as a third person (Not actually involved in the call) and that is a piece of equipment not generally available to the public but made by sony for several wireless companies that allow you to do this if you have the phone number of the person placing the call. My dad works for a wireless company and would know more about this than I would, but I am sure it's expensive and not available without a good reason to have it.

In at least most states I believe......it's illegal to tape anybody's phone conversation unless you have informed them you are doing so.
