not track odds but maybe the best offshore carib.there 3% rebate doesn't sound like much but if playing daily or a couple times a week its huge.till the books in the states make it easier to open account,paperwork.s.s.#,state restrictions my money goes offshore!hope ya find something let us know if ya do being two hours from a track or o.t.b. my options are limited.:shrug:
