SO I got a transfer to a new moneybookers account I opened for $600. I then withdrew $15 by bank account for verification. When I got the code that was in my bank transfer and attempted to enter into my moneybooker account, the account says "Unfortunately, you are unable to make this kind of transaction on your account. For further information, please contact service@moneybookers.com or telephone our Customer Service Team."
It says this on any action within the site. I've emailed them several times and haven't had a response in over 10 days now. I've tried to call their custmer service number, but just get "This number is out of service"
Any suggestions? I'm starting to worry. No email or phone support. Sheesh.
