i like maui. think it's the nicest island in hawaii. it has everything you would want, ie. beautiful beach, nice restaurants, biking, golf, etc.

i'm sure wherever you decide on will be great.

A well kept secret is Ponape- http://www.ocean98.org/seahpona.htm in Eastern Caroline Islands chain. Haven't been there in many moon, but its what the South Pacific is all about. They use American currency, everyone speaks English and outside of kolonia the women go topless. Lush vegetation, waterfalls and plenty of 'jungle.' Used to be 4 wheel drive Suzuki samarais were available to rent and a visit to "The Tattoed Irishman" is a must. Only did a quick search and found the above web address. I'm sure more info would be available - I'm headed out for the day- so let me know if this interests you. most likely get there via air Micronesia from Guam. Congrats, stayed at the Allegro in Playa del Carmen last Feb. About 20 min. south of Cancun. It's all inclusive and really laid back. We enjoyed it!!
