Need some help here guys...

I'm in a must-win situation this week (WEEK 11). I seem to have the same problem every week where I start one guy and the one that I benched goes off and I lose because of it. I'm in a 0.5 ppr league and I need to start one of the following at the flex spot:

Knowshon Moreno vs SD
Nate Burleson @ MIN
Justin Forsett @ MIN
Beanie Wells @ STL

I would appreciate anyone's thoughts or advice.

I would go with Moreno for sure and consider Forsett and Wells to be a toss-up but I'd go with Wells based on the matchup. GL
