A couple of months ago I decided I needed a stick welder. Got the wifes permission to spend 200-300 for one. Well I walked out of the store with a Millermatic 210 (wire feed), full tank, and $1400 lighter. I just now got to stop sleeping on the couch. Let me tell you..it was well worth it.
Now for the problem...I lent it to my brother in law a few weeks ago and the wire would kink after the rollers and right before it entered the line. I just brought it home and hooked everything back up. I cannot get the wire to feed thru the line at all. When I press the trigger I can hear the click inside the welder but the rollers do not move. I loosened them up thinking it was to tight but still have the same problem. The rollers will not move at all. I threw away the instructions because it wasnt having any problem at all till I lent it out. :banghead:
Anyone know of what I can check because I cant fix the original problem whithout fixing this first.
