Customer Service Representative: Im sorry Sir but you took the wrong line so the play was canceled. We tried emailing you so you could post the right line but unfortunatley you did not provied us with an email address when you opened your acount

Customer Service Representative: it is clearly stated on our house rules that we go ahead and cancel lines when they are posted wrong due to human error
you: and i kept checking my pending plays as it was in there after you posted a more accurate number
Customer Service Representative: I am sorry Sir but we do not have your email address on file
you: well when i signed up i gave it on the application as requested
you: i believe i deserve at least to have the same amount that play as i did for the game that i lost today. that is reasonable
Customer Service Representative: I am sorry Sir but as I told you already, when a line is posted wrong the play is canceled
you: this is bs, that was my second highest rated play for today
you: and it was a winner evenn with your corrected line
Customer Service Representative: Sir so this means you knew that you were taking a wrong line and it was your responsability to contact us
you: when the line was corrected, you did not cancel my wager
Customer Service Representative: N.A.B. reserves the right to cancel any bets placed on an obvious wrong line due to human or software errors.

you: i checked and saw it was a pending play with the corrected line
you: So now this means you are not leveling with me
Customer Service Representative: Im sorry Sir but there is nothing I can do for you. The situation is as follows: you bet on a wrong line and this line was incorrect so the play was canceled
you: right after the game started
you: im sure if it was a loser, you would have kept it booked
Customer Service Representative: No Sir, that is not how we work, we would have canceled it regardless of the outcome
you: how could i possibly beleive that when the wager was a winner even with the corrected line and i didnt get cancelation until after game started

Customer Service Representative: Well what can I say....hopefully you will stop betting incorrect lines, and you will never be put in this situation again.

The phone with Gina was no avail. She said I should have called in this mistake to them. I asked her why adjust the line 5 hrs prior to kickoff and not take this off my pending wagers list until the game starts. She said that was when they got to it.

Does not sound very credible to me. BUYER BEWARE!!

You INTENTIONALLY unloaded on a bad line that you knew was 11 pts off. Now you have the guts to whine about the book potentially taking a shot at you by cancelling it late! You have no ground to stand on. Any sleazebag who intentionally bangs bad lines opens themselves up to getting screwed over as a result. Take your theiving ways away!

Any time you bet into an obvious incorrect or mistaken line, the books will cancel the bet. It is part of their rules and they will always enforce it.

you cannot bet a bad line by more than 10+ in football and expect the book not to cancel it. You should have told them about the error, when I have done this in the past some books let you keep the bet, most times it was just cancelled.

most of the books uptop would have acted in the same manner. I have sometimes heard when a bet has been cancelled when the line was only off 3/4 pts off a total, then perphaps the bet should have be accepted.

I have twice actually been given bonuses by books for pointing out incorrect lines. Its just good business to do this for them.

That was my first time coming across this situation. When they corrected the line, I expected cancelation, but I thought I was clear after kickoff.
