Ive followed this forum for a number of years, and really respect the plays and opinions of such as Thunder, Arrow, Senor Capper and that dude from Atlanta...anyhoo......I wanted to start contributing so here goes:
Play of the day: Chicago 27 New Orleans 24
THere are karmic forces at work here, Chicago comes in off a win, just like last year and take to the road as a TD underdog vs. a "sexy" preseason team (Dallas last yr) Chicago won 27-20 last year and I expect much the same tomorrow....that defense will be geeked up and without Colston and a banged up Lance Moore, the Saints wont be operating on max efficiency on offense...and dont you just know Urlacher will have a 10 tackle, 1 forced TO game in tribute to his late mother.....what seals the pick is that the Saints defense has suddenly become a trashcan, allowing an average of 39 offensive points and 429 yds game in their last 2 outings...the talent just isnt measuring up to results here, and Gregg Williams is one of the 5 best defensive coaches in the world, if he cant figure it out, thats a MAJOR problem...Ill take the better defensive underdog bot at +7 and on ML........
