These second lines and gatherings aren't uncommon in low income neighborhoods of Nola. They are often funeral celebrations. This one was an unsanctioned video. Appears multiple gunmen shot up the crowd. Most likely gang related. I bet the majority of the injured aren't affiliated with any gangs. Much better when the bangers kill each other. Sucks
