new years day bowl plays inside.........

been hot in the bowls. have nailed all my bigger plays save for tennessee. have hit some nice moneyline dogs as well as goy boston college. played these for the first day of 2003:

(and yes, i feel these moneylines have very legit shots)

3 units.....lsu moneyline (+360)
3 units.....auburn moneyline (+260)
3 units.....florida state moneyline (+300)
3 units.....florida gators (pick)
3 units.....oklahoma sooners (-6)

the reason i feel these moneylines have legit shots. by my calculations- ALL TEN single digit dogs that have covered this bowl season have won OUTRIGHT. the only dogs that covered but didnt win outright were arizona state and air force, both DD dogs. if youre gonna play a single digit dog- i just think it makes sense to play em to win the game.

you feel good about your horns tomorrow? ive always been somewhat of a horns fan, albeit from a couple hundred miles northeast of austin, lol- but i just feel they (yet again) have underachieved, and lsu - when healthy- is a top 10 team. problem is, tigers have been beat up all year. the long layoff gave em some time to regroup and i think this will be a very good game and one in which the dog has a very legitimate shot to win outright. gl man!
