I want my 4 *'s back I lost the other nite vs Coastal...thnk UTA got their wake up call and win big..
Coastal -6.5 over Texas St ***
A little bit worries me that the Chants aren't living on what they did to UTA...but they are at home..Tx St has only one offensive player in Pearson...great defensive team though...but with such a weak offense it should be easy for Chants to play defense vs them..after holding high powered UTA down this should be easy..as long as there "heads aren't to swollen"..
Vir Tech +3 over Cuse ***
VT can score and play defense..Cuse can certainly play defense but there offense is still somewhat suspect..winning in the dome is tough but student body isn't there...VT ca easily win this outright

Niagara +1 over Rider **
Tough game...think Purple with Scott has just enough to get by the Broncos
Peter +2 over Monmouth **
If Peter couldn't play defense they wouldn't be even in this game....but you have to love these guys..they are only the one team in the MAAC that plays defense and prides itself playing it...they have so many new faces and should have just enough offense to squeak by..stop Seaborn and they win hand down
Iona -1 over Canisius **
Who the hell knows what team shows up...they can score and can't play defense or they shock you and play great defense and can't shoot..McGill is a stud..the big kid Edo has done an outstanding job in the paint...

Game report North Texas 71 UTSA 70
What a game...what a beautiful campus and gym...UTSA dominated the 1st half...you could see North Texas was having problems...they missed 3 alley oops in the 1st half...I could see just before half the momentum was for the Roadrunners...so with my new phone I make a halftime play UTSA -1.5 and actually get into here and post it..thank god it was pretty late and probably no one saw it...North Texas comes out and makes adjustments are starts kicking their ass...the game came down to ..with 8 seconds left NT up by one misses a FT.. UTSA dribbles the length of the court,go thru 4 defenders because no one wants to foul..lay up with a second...guy goes up to bank the layup and out of nowhere 6'9 Temaro and blocks the shot..buzzer goes off.. North Texas wins its second road game in the 21st century..Go Mean Green...and North Texas has some coach..made adjustments and got into their faces when they messed up...
