Packers vs Falcons
Well I pegged the Pack / Eagle game as sick as it made me feel.. McCarthy had the nuts to play Starks and this guy adds a ton to this offense..
I am going with Green bay again..:facepalm:
These 2 teams were evenly matched up a few weeks ago and it was a great game but one team has found themselves and the addition of Starks at rb solidifies the selection..
Look into the numbers and Atlanta is going to have to win the game on the ground and I don't think they can.. I think the Pack will make them pass and Atlanta's passing numbers just are not that great. Roddy White is awesome but he has been dinged and his productivity has been severly depleted of late.. Woodson and Capers schemes will limit him in this game.. JMO.. Atlanta is going to have to rely heavily on Gonzalez if they want to win but the Pack's defense is outstanding. They get after the QB and force turnovers.. They can play a variety of different defenses because their corners are really really good.
Now if you look at Atlanta's defense, they are 23rd against the pass and their schedule was pretty weak.. Rogers should have a field day.. The first game both teams shot themselves in the foot turning the ball over in the redzone but I think they score a little bit more and Rogers opens it up..
In short I like the Pack because their defense is much better than Atlanta's, the addition of Stark's at rb, Atlanta's piss poor pass D, Pack's ability to cause turnovers, and secondary to limit White.
Only way they lose is Special Teams, Fumbles, and or McCarthy as YYZ mentioned.
