Rams QB Bulger will never be more than adequate but the addition of RB Jackson will prove to be valuable.
Falcons D still marshmallow soft, esp. in the backfield. Atlanta O keys are with Vick and TE Crumpler... still inconsistent there so don't think they can score with St. Louis.
