At the very least the ref is crooked....

The NFL admitted that Troy Polamalu's fumble return for a touchdown in the waning seconds of Sunday's game against the Chargers should have counted.
This really affected betting because the spread was 3 with the Steelers favored and San Diego would have lost by seven had the touchdown stood. Instead, Pittsburgh won 11-10 due to an officiating mistake. We're guessing that most bets were on the Steelers. The score can no longer be changed.

Under a mask.
WHO CARES. THE SCORE IS WRONG!

Waging purposes is probably the only reason people would really care about this issue ,as Pitt wins regardless. If it was a game altering play then this would really be :mj07: .

Imagine the 2teams waiting for that review:scared

my question is ,"do these refs crews rotate staff,or does each crew stay together for the whole(or large parts of) year"?...

are the replay officials a permanent part of each crew?....

i could see where you could run into trouble with a permanent crew thats together for an extended period of time...

hangin` together...staying at hotels together...drinking together..

Here is my Q... since they said it should have counted and they scored with no time on the clock, why would they not count it now?

They change stats after the game

Note - I have the over, so it doesn't impact me at all. :mj07: :sadwave:

My though is what if down the road there is a tiebreaker to make the playoffs

Very unlikely this will be a playoff tie breaker, but I hear ya.......that points scored or beating oppenents by points issue is like the 7th tie breaker used when it comes down to it. Its official and there will be NO changing of ANY tickets as far as Vegas is concerned...thats the only real matter on the situation
