OVER 46 GB/SEA (5 units) - Wk 1, Sea 36 GB 16, different chemistry for both teams since wk1, Rodgers still hobbled a bit with calf injury, those things don't go away quickly folks, especially when you are planting/throwing and walking up and down stairs, etc., Seattle riding high after beating Panthers, or was that the Panthers beating themselves? Anyway, Seattle did a pretty good job getting turnovers in key spots to get their home win LW. Packers stopped Dallas the 2nd half and if that was a gift for the Packers at the end of the 4th Q with Dezzy poo-boo-boo dropping the pass, the Pack was driving for the winning score w/a possible FG to end the game, so on with the babbling. Key points here, Packers main offensive weapons all in good health, Seattle "D" all in good health, but Seattle did give up several decent running plays to Newton and Stewart as well as DeAngelo Williams and a few key grabs by rookie WR, Private Benjamin. Seattle on the offense did as expected, they tried to run and managed to get some yards w/o Carolina's best stopper Star Lolo out, Pack gave up a few rushing yrds to Murray but seemed to be in synch stopping Dallas' big plays. For me, this game should be a pickem. Both teams have very good quality QBs and very good Defenses, but key here will be Corn on the Cobb and Davante Adams, how they get open and how the special teams do for the Pack. Seattle did manage to lose a home game this year to Dallas? I think the Packers will have that film on hand as well as the film that showed them being inept vs Seattle in wk1. They won't dwell on the past, they will go all out cuz this is the road to the Super Bowl, thru Seattle! So an all out war here in the trenches, special teams and big plays all on display. GB is 0-5 on Turf this year, losing at Detroit and Seattle as well as Buffalo. Seattle the last 6 wks has been phenomenal but they did give up a few pts to the Panthers last wk. Seattle's front 7 will put pressure on Rodgers from the get go and Lacy will have to get some rushing yds to keep Seattle honest. This line should have been lower than the 7 that opened, it since went to 7 1/2 so me thinks someone put a big allowance on the Seahawks. Seattle 28 GB 21!
Over 53 Indy/NE (3 units) Last 3 meetings all have been high scoring and I don't see Indy shutting down NE offense all that much, after all Baltimore "D" couldn't stop NE, allowing NE 35 pts LW, Denver didn't fare too well vs Indy but I believe Brady bunch and shit, will be able to pick apart Colts secondary and perhaps Blount & Vereen will get some rushing yards, as did CJ Anderson for the Broncos. NE couldn't put the Jets away and by all means should have lost to the Ravens. Andrew Luck is an upcoming star and he has many targets to choose from plus a decent runner in Herron getting some yards vs stingy Bronco "D" last week. Could be a close one - NE 34 Indy 30!
