if guys like Fassel,Ray Rhodes and Dennis Green are getting multiple interviews..........IMO these guys could'nt coach my towns high school team. They were terrible when they were head coachs and if I owned the teams they would'nt get interviewed at all. What does everyone else think?????

Jim gets an unfair rap about him. Green isn't that bad of a coach & he did some nice things with some average teams. Rhodes knows his defense & might be one of those coaches who would be better suited as an assistant or coordinator.

I'm watching to see who the Redskins hire. Personally, I think they need to find someone new to the NFL head coaching ranks. I don't think any of the guys you mentioned can join the Redskins and be successful. But, under the circumstances, I'm not sure a reincarnated Vince Lombardi would be successful with Dan Snyder as the owner.
The Skins made the mistake of not hiring Marvin Lewis as head coach instead of defensive coordinator when they did. Whoever they hire, they need someone that will kick their prima donna asses into shape. I'm not sure Rhodes, Fassel, or Green can do that.
