NFL Fans must buy a lot of "male enhancement" products

Just in watching the NFL Network and ESPN this morning, four products are on board as sponsors. More "male enhancement" products as commercials than beer. What the hell is going on here?

I guess a lot of guys are hard up for cash these days. So to speak....
