Homer pick I know, but I have been right picking this team in season totals over the past 4 years and I love the Vikes to go over the season total and for the same reason I love them in this game..
They are LIGHT YEARS ahead of where they were last year. They have improved in every aspect on the field well except for Field Goal kicking but special teams will be a lot better as well. They should be able to overwhelm a Jaguar team at home. Ponder should be improved, receiving core improved, O line significantly improved, secondary significantly improved. D line already good. Questions are at LB and QB..
Cincinnati +6.5
This team could contend for the AFC North, I love the fact that they get almost a TD here. No Suggs should help, but I think Andy Dalton is good enough to keep them in along with an improving defense. This is a tight game.
San Fran +6.5
Hate going against Rodgers and co at home but by all accounts its a one dimensional offense although a kick ass one dimensional offense going against a damn good defense that did a good job on Brees and co in the playoffs. Ill take the defense and the points, oh I almost forgot that the Pack's D is very sieve like and expect the Niners to make some drives. Also, you get Randy Moss opening day, he should be motivated. Moss hates Green Bay and their fans as much as anyone and would love the chance to fake moon the crowd again.
No matter what I read or what anyone else writes about, I am taking these 3 on opening day. Could add later but not being talked out of these
