record 4-3

Tampa Bay -3 bought 1/2 point
Baltimore couldn't score against a very suspect Panthers defense and it won't get any easier against TB. After a slow start against the Saints, their offense got into a good rhythm in the second half. Don't think Gruden will let them start 0-2. Think the Bucs get an easy win over a rebuilding Ravens team.

Indy/Miami under 47
Miami has the secondary to cover the Colts receivers. Colts put together several time consuming drives against the Jaguars. Look for Miami to run the ball often with Williams to keep the Colts offense off the field. I think both teams will try and control the ball in this game. Miami defense is good enough to get some stops and the Colts defense is much improved with Dungy. Think this total is a little too high.

While I agree the total does seem a little high, I'm not convinced about the quality of the Miami secondary.
Detroit moved the ball well at times, finding big holes in the coverage.
Sure, the Miami D may just have been bored.......:D

Cincinnati +4
I think the Bengals are much better than what they showed against SD last week. Their defense should be better this year and they have a good offensive line. I also think Dillon will run the ball much better against a Cleveland defense that gave up 470 yards and 194 yards rushing against KC while allowing 6.5 ypr. Should be a close game that the Bengals can win so will take the points.

Dallas +3 waiting til Sunday on this one as line may go up
I think people are overreacting to Dallas' loss against Houston. There is over an 80% consensus on the Titans in this game. Houston has a solid defense and is probably the best expansion team ever. Dallas still has a terrific defense and only gave up 201 yards against the Texans. George still didn't look that great against Philly and McNair committed a few TO's. Philly's defense is also much weaker this season and was without some key players. Although I am not a fan of the Dallas offense they have a few playmakers in Bryant and Galloway and also add Darnay Scott which could help the offense. I expect a much better effort from Dallas this week and expect them to win a close game.

Denver/SF under 44.5
Both teams have very good defenses. Both teams will look to run the ball a lot and throw a lot of short passes which should eat up some clock. Denver only gave up 2.5 ypr last week while SF gave up just 2.0 ypr. I think both teams will try and keep the ball away from the opposing offense and try to win the field position battle. Also think there will be a lot of FGs as both teams are tough in the red zone so will go with the under.
