Joe Flacco has completed 13 or fewer passes in 4 of the last 5 games against Cleveland.

Ray Rice will control the clock and this will be a low scoring affair.

I agree but Balty has changed their offensive scheme this year,and Cleveland secondary is God awful right now.I expect Weeden to look more like week 1 then what he did last week.I would bet Reed has an interception if it is available....Thanks for your post and GL Zealot.
