Eagles +100 1st half $150 wins $150
Everyone knows how bad Philly has been this year, missing a late fg in game 1 that possibly cost them the game and laying an egg in there home opener against a back up qb for half the game. Philly has not scored a first half td this year, in fact they scored a grand total of 3 pts in the first half. This is going to change today. Philly catches NY on a short week in a stadium they play in every year. The Jets will be a major test for Philly today and I expect this to be a close game but Bradford will be on a short leash and Murray will be more involved early. Maybe a little MNF fatigue early for NY and a little more focus early for the Eagles.
Vikings -1 -110 $110 wins $100
Following a trend of playing on a home team in a B2B situation vs B2B road team. Here we have the Chargers coming back east in week 3 after a road loss in Cincy last week. So far there have been two other situations for this angle, last week the Dolphins and Ravens each traveled for B2B weeks, each were big favs and each lost outright. Chargers have had issues holding on to the ball so far with 3 turnovers in each game, and AP seems back into form.
Steelers tt over 24 -115 $115 wins $100
The Redskins scored 24 pts against the Rams last week.................................crickets.............................................You need more? The Seahawks scored 31 here in week 1, Bell comes back for Pitt, Brown will catch 10+ balls and score at least 1 td like every other week. This is a push at the very least but 30+ pts wont surprise anyone.
7 pt tease ties reduce $270 wins $200
Texans pk- Would play the straight but right now they don't deserve to be favored by a td over anyone, gotta earn my trust back. Love there defense, hate the offense til Foster comes back. Run/Pass balance is terrible but they catch TB in a big let down spot today and they are in a must win game.
Cardinals pk- Carson Palmer at home, Bruce Arians at home, Cards averaging about 40 PPG this year. I like what SF is doing and Kap is playing well but Zona cements themselves as the clear team to beat in the West today.
More to come...
