Thought that I would be a dogs for this weekend, but the lines still seem low. We'll see.

Minnesota -3.5
You always run the risk of seeing Minnesota come in flat and with Culpepper's fumbles, you also run the risk of losing the turnover battle. But Detroit hasn't turned any corner, they were overmatched in both their games and Harrington is regressing. Moss showed maturity in being used as a decoy last Sunday night, but his talent demands that he take a bigger role with Detroit's secondary. Seems easy and hopefully it is.

Pittsburgh -4.5
What has Marv Lewis shown that made him the genuis that was sought after as a coach. Sure he's great with the payroll that his Ravens teams allotted to that defense, but is he a head coach and can he motivate his players. Team, players and franchise still seem snakebit to me and the Steelers won't look past this as they're coming off of a loss Pittsburgh needs to re-establish themselves as a running team and the Bengal run defense will comply.

San Diego +1
Just because the Ravens exposed the Brown rush D last week doesn't mean that they should be a road favorite all the way across the country. San Diego has some problems to be sure, but Boller won't be able to solely rely on a running game. SD doesn't have the best stats against the run, but they've been matched against the two best running teams in the league.

Tampa -4
Atlanta defense showing some serious pass defense problems against some pretty mediocre teams. Tampa's pass offense looks as good as it ever has. Looks to be a shootout, but Atlanta's been manhandled by this Buc team when they had more weapons and won't be able to keep up.

NY Giants +2.5
Squib kick stays in bounds and the Giants are a favorite here.

San Fran -7
Can't stop the run and now take on the hardest receiver to cover in the NFL. Gonna have to stick in 7-man fronts or be burned. Pick your poison. And Holcombe . . . yuck!!
