Hi guys, lit the heater for the 1st time this morning!!
I believe there is too much emphasis in the point spread on what teams looked like the last 2 wks... all nfl teams have some talent, and when they get embarrassed they usually rally together and respond.
Nothing is 100%.... but w/these factors in mind, I'm on the following teams today:
Dolphins +4.5
Kc should've lost to sd as they were dominated most of the game, but escaped w/a win (thx to rivers' fumble)... Dolphins better on road than home, and should be competitive
Colts +7.5 (buy half)
They know they're not expected to win, but I think this team will give their best for the home crowd today. Atl has to be looking ahead and while they may win, I don't think they'll cover.
Chargers +6 (and ml)... leaning over
I think Rivers will respond w/a good game, and they will give the pack all they want. Aaron Rodgers is outstanding and I expect the pack to get in the 20's, hope the chargers do too.
Rivers must avoid turnovers and they'll cover.
Broncos +7.5.... leaning under
They were absolutely dominated last wk by the Lions.. embarrassed at home and on all sportscasts afterward... I expect a maximum effort by Tebow and Coach Fox to have his team ready to play today. Raiders and Palmer still getting to know each other, so will be fairly conservative w/plays.
'Skins +6 (buy half)
Another team coming off embarrassing, pathetic performances.... and I think Shanahan is a very good coach and expect max effort today. Defense will be all out and offense will be smash-mouth..
Others...
Cowboys -11 and OVER 45.5
don't like laying this much, but expect Romo to have his way... tailing Thunder's 7%
Bills -2.5
I think their qb is better... home crowd will be WILD!! In a battle... I like the Bills to turn this corner and keep going this season.
Steelers -2.5 (played a few days ago in parlays)
They won't have the to's today... extreme effort by defense expected to create to's instead. Steelers in a close one.
