4-4
Couple of early ones at good numbers...(I reckon anyway  )
Denver v. GB under 38
I said last week about GB's road NFLX record...(haven't topped 21 in 4 years @ 11ppg)...6 last week @ SF, every chance Rodgers and his 2nd string RB's struggle again here.
Their D is flying tho...first teamers still given up 0 points.
Denver have scored 23 and 16, both games have gone under this number...their last 2 wk.3 games have been 16-17 v. Cleveland in 2007 and 17-14 v. Houston in 2006, and a meeting in the reg. season last year ended 13-13 and into OT...with Favre and Grant.
Baltimore @ SL under 35.5 (2.00)
Love the way the media keep talking up the Rams' need to score...well, an uncaring coach or a totally ineffective offense, take your pick...but their last 10 pre-games have netted 19, 20 12 (3rd game), 9;
13, 13, 10 (3rd), 10...13 and 7 this year.
Clearly Boller won't be leading a Balti offense that's any more explosive than usual...their last 2 'dress rehersal' games have been 7-13 @ Wash and 7-30 @ Minni, with a pick and a fumble both returned for TD's.
NE v. Philli under 37.5
NE haven't cared at all about scoring in the first 2 games. 25 points total, 205 ypg...QB's throwing at just 4.5 ypp...
...obviously no Brady, but he seems uninterested...
Brady was noncommittal when asked about playing at home against the Eagles on Friday.
?I?m not sure. I?m not sure,? he said. ?I?ve tried to get treatment this week. I?m feeling better every day. It?s going to end up being up to the coach and what he wants to do, but I think he?s been coaching long enough to understand that the first game in September is what?s going to be important for us.?
Philli offense looks to be over-rated, scored 10 @ Pits, 24-13 v. Caro, but the first team offense came up with 0, and both teams had a pick 7.
Bill does like to let his defense have a crack in the 3rd game each year too...held teams to 7, 0 & 3 in the last 3 years.
Also like the look of NO -2.5 @ Cinci, given they were just beaten by Detroit an now barely have an offense with Johnson out aswell...
...Saints better record away than home in pre-season recently...
...also, home dogs with one win are decent go againsts (29%), which gives NO and Pits this week...
...but not entrely convinced just yet...
Good Luck all.
