12-7

Going with:

Dallas -3. As everyone knows by now Cowboys playing starters well into 3rd. Actually going against a couple of strong trends here, but surely Quincy can put up some points v. Rainders reserves. (Famous last words!)

Atlanta +3.5. Cleveland D just what Falcon's running game needs right now. Can't possibly be fav by more than a FG leaking this many points. Atl. starters in for first half and maybe some of 3rd....Also a handy 9-1 in pre-season off an 8+ loss.

Atlanta @ Cleveland over 38.

Baltimore -4.5. Collins a no starter. Garrett to get 'extensive playing time'. With Balt D fired up after last week's effort, Giants gunna find points hard to come by. Still enough controversy @ Raven's QB to get some scoring done.

NO/Miami over 36.5. Although starters playing limited minutes, still should be plenty of scoring here. Bouman has moved the ball effectively and Sage is capable enough. NO D still stinks and Miami's isn't that great either IMO.

"New Orleans has also gone ?over? in all three pre- season tests and in seven of its last nine opportunities. They have eclipsed the number at a 7-0 clip when it was between 35 ? and 42. "

Good Luck all

Just a couple of angles that I have.......

..someone posted these here a while back (Apologies to who-ever it was...I can't remember!!), so full credit to the original poster.

Road teams that have 2+ wins v. home teams with 1 win are 14-3 ATS.

That gives us, Arizona +6 and K.C. +3.5.

Also same situation, but coming off 2 straight home wins are 22-4  ...S.F. +1.5

I personally don't like the first 2. (Ariz starters very limited time. Minni starters will play into the second "until they look good"!!....which to me translates to, until we score a couople of times!).
And although Warner and Faulk are no shows, so are Green and Holmes for KC. Bulger should still be able to pick apart the KC D easily enough.

I do like SF tho. Good news, SF 7-1 off DD win....Bad news is that SD are 9-2 in their last home game. Either way, will wait for info on starters. (liking the under TBH.)

13-11

13-11

As bad as Atlanta are, they seem to have nothing on Baltimore's special teams problems!! Oh, and those 5 turnovers didn't help

Unlucky in NO with 31 @ HT, then a missed FG and a goal line stand.
Sure it will balance out over the season.

The 2 angle plays today both won....Looking good for SF tomorrow ;)

Back on the horse today.

Carolina -2. Caro have big edge on defense. Also Weinke has big edge on Batch. Players wanting to go 4-0 will play it tough.

SF +1.5. 22-4 situation. Even so SF have a MASSIVE edge in QB's. Dorsey, Doman and Rattey all have ratings of over 109! Slightly better than Mr. Lemon :D

Denver/Seattle under 40.5. Denver not playing starters at all. Neither teams back-ups have done much scoring.

Good Luck all
