Purple have won 3 in a row,7 of last 9.The starting 5 is better then Siena's.The problem is depth with them.But Brooks came in and hit for double figure pts in the past couple of games.Cruz can handle the pressure the Saints will throw out at them.Siena is the No1 rebounding team in the MAAC yet Mendez and Reaves rank 1 and 2 in the standings.Saints won at Niagara by 5 early on.Karawanga is a big 6'7 gd but Darden is a big gd too. Haddix inside gets nuetralized by Mendez.I like the Purple to keep this game close and they might even be able to get a small upset.
Cuse -8.5 over Johnnies.
Johnnies have some real internal problems.Cuffe might transfer now.Hattan took 30 shots the other day vs Prov. The whole team is bitch'in about him being a ball hog.Jarvis has benched him a few times recently.The team totally collasped.Ingram has a bad ankle.There outside shooting has been horrible.Boe will play his zone and those wings are huge.Can't see the Johnnies penetrating the ball.Can't see them hitting those jumpers.Cuse line of Camelo,Warrick,Duany,Forth and Jimmy Mac from the outside give Johnnies big time problems.Also Edelin could have an explosive game.Johnnies recruited him but backed off.His attitude tonite could be "watch me,I come from your backyard".
