I'm not sure if anyone else caught this last night on F/X but I thought it was a great show. The only downfall is that it seemed to be something that they have a 3 hour movie about and not a tv series. For me the best part was the doctor calling the girl out the morning after that she was 26 not 21, had some wrinkles starting to appear and telling her she was an 8 at best and not a 10 as she thought...

Interesting to see if the show catches on and how they can come up with story lines for the remainder of the season.

Anyone else catch this?

it looked like it might be very good.....after "the shield",i`ll give anything fx puts on a shot....."lucky "didn`t thrill me.....but "the shield" was excellent......kinda filled "the sopranos" void for me.....i`ll be checking out "nip/tuck" in the next couple days....i`ll get back to the thread and give an opinion....

I did - and although I expected it to be "hokey" but it was really good.

Liked the Alligator ending and that womanizing Dr. is totally hot!

They seemed to build alot of story in this first episode to build on later, hopefully it will catch on!

gardenweasel - I agree with you on "Lucky" as that started strong and dropped off pretty quickly. I'll be interested to see what you think as I also am looking to fill the void left by the "Sopranos"

NickiD - glad to see someone else enjoyed it. It touched a few "family" and "human" stories which will carry it for awhile. I just hope it doesn't lose its "edge" by focusing too much on those aspects rather than the whole premise of plastic surgery in Miami. Only the first episode but so far I am a fan!
