buddy...i had a 98 or a 99 pathfinder......drove like a truck...was hard to get in and out of 4 wheel drive....

but,it was sturdy as hell and made very well..by that i mean it felt substantial.....

it saved my life...i was t-boned coming out of a parking lot by some lady on a cell phone and don`t remember much about the accident....except that the pathfinder probably saved my life.....

i have a grand cherokee now...it`s more plush,comfotable...but not nearly as substantial...i`d probably be dead if i`d been in the jeep.....

i`ve heard good things about nissan`s in general...

Thanks for the replies.

Don't want the truck for myself.

Friends kid wants a reliable truck for his lawn care business.

Truck has 140K and the guy wants $3200.

Lot of money for this kid and he ask me to go online and see what I could uncover.

They made two motors, a 2.4L and a 3.3L. If the truck has the 3.3, I think he's okay.

The hills around here can be grueling for a smaller motor carrying a load.

Again, thanks for the replies.

I drive a 2000 Nissan Crew Cab XE. Just had it serviced for our trip to Vegas. It has 130,150 miles and it looks brand new and drives great.

Never a major problem except one, had to have Major A/C service done, but was well worth it.

Definitely very happy with it and probably keep awhile longer since it has been paid off for the last 3 years.

Really love Nissan products.

Hope this helps
