Why in the hell did they pull Wilson? He was throwing a gem. He never was in really serious trouble and the men he did put on base were quickly erased by inning ending strikeouts. Only in Kansas City. A manager with true leadership qualities would have left him in. Then again . . . I don't know what I don't know, but I do know I am getting tired of scratching my broke ass because of damn bullpens.

Grimsley has been their best reliever all year and one of the best in the bigs. Wilson had thrown 100 pitches and it was his second or third start of the year. They were facing the meat of the order, and Grimsley just gave up a little fluke homer but otherwise took out the 4-6 hitters in 18 pitches. I woulda brought in Grimsley, too. Just a tough break.

thanks guys, just added another 1/2 hour to cap bullpens even more now. ie has bp warnings and starter warnings daily, check them out. lately, even the top closers blowing saves, nen, grimsley, riveria, etc...

is a daily thread for bullpens possible ?

i will be glad to do what i can to erase this problemo. anyone else ?

here we go again, tor comes back to take the lead in top of seventh. releif comes in w/2 guys on, guess what happens next. this jackass bob file for tor walks the first guy to load the bases, then hits the next guy, now a 1 run lead, then walks the next guy to tie freakin game, 5-5 bases still loaded 1 out.
