Have watched Clemson for several weeks, since the VT BEATING, they haven't looked good. Maryland handle them easy last week .

Wake completely dominated Clemson for 3 full quarters. First play of the 4th qtr., Wake is about to go up 20-3 and bad snap on FG. Holder messes it up and Clemson runs for TD.
Clemson looks great against GaTech, then looks bad next 2 weeks.
Having said all that, Clemson is explosive and NCSU offense is awful. State should score about 10. I think Clemson covers.
I would take Clemson or no play.

TDJ-I saw that wake Forest game, wake deserved a win, they were very impressive against Boston College last week. Wake has a nice team there.
Yeah, the biggest thing is that Wake is finally winning all those close games. Well, most of them.
Duke dominated Wake, but it was also due to Wake having to start a new QB. They blocked a chipshot 30-yd FG to win at the horn.
Its always an adventure with Wake, which is why I don't want to take FSU and give 8 pts. But, it looks like a trap, so not sure what I'll do yet.

I felt the need to chime in here. I do feel that we will cover the 17.5 however I am not confident enough to put in $$$$ on it. One thing about Amato, although we lose so many damn games to teams we shouldn't lose to, we normally don't get blown out. I agree, Clemson hasn't looked good since the GT win and our defense, particularly against the run, has been decent lately. I believe Proctor has kinda hit a wall and if we can get some presure on him, I think we will have a chance - to cover, not to win.
