Anyone know if any of the late games qualify for his quarter system?

there is no "qualification" per se. pick out a live dog and play'em across the board.

Carolina might be a good play for the quarter plays.
Arizona might work and depending on your thoughts about St. Louis that one might work as well.

what do you think about Chargers and Cardinals as quarter plays?

I like the Cardinals, am just now lookig at SD. I don't see Jacksonville scoring a lot so it might be a good one.
