Has anyone in the refs group spoke on what they saw on the "non-slap" by the kentucky player in last nights game vs wisconsin

I cant find anything

Really curious what their rationale is after taking 3 minutes to watch/review exact same footage we saw, and somehow say it was not an intentional slap to the face

T.I.A if anyone can help.

Yea, 'they spoke' when they ignored the obvious shot clock violation when Wisconsin scored later. No sour grapes, but they need to change the rule where it's reviewable at any time. That type of thing should never be allowed to happen at any time during a game.
