I don't know why anyone would love someone acting like a child, at the expense of hundreds of thousands of Americans.

Both sides claim they want to negotiate, but negotiate in their eyes means "you need to see things my way".

What a bunch of fucked up assholes.

I'm not sure this one is such an immature act. How was Pelosi and her band of stooges supposed to negotiate and end to the shutdown while overseas? I guess her "trip of goodwill" was more important than ending this dumbass shutdown?

At this point both sides are dug in so hard it's got no chance of ending well.


Hedgie thinks Trump is doing this for Americans but the truth is he will burn the place to the ground before giving in to Pelosi. Pelosi's ego is just as big and as much to blame. She had several easy ways out of this early on and could have got giant sized wins for the Dems, but she went for the shutout and that was never going to work.

And you know what? He can give his speech anywhere he pleases! I don't recall a vote ever being held on a speech. You think if he holds it in the oval office it wont be covered?
